On our initial appointment for Chronic Medical management, a thorough health history, current medications and supplements and previous treatment plans will be reviewed. You will be examined by one of our experienced providers and together you and the provider will create a care plan to help you reach and maintain all your health goals. Prescription medications can be managed as needed.
